"My key card never worked because the door battery was dead. The staff had to physically unlock my door for me every time I wanted to enter my room. They should check door batteries before and after peoples stay. And the employee openly stated to me they have been having door issues all weekend. Easy fix would be to replace the door batteries. But instead I had to ask them to follow me to my room to unlock."

"I typically stay here twice a year and the hot tub never seems to be working. The property has been under renovation for years and it doesn't seem to be making any progress. There was a hallway that had 3x10 floor mats taped down to replace carpet. We had our room half cleaned on Saturday. Garbage and towels were removed but beds were left unmade."

"well no hot tub(was in add) no continental breakfast either 2 things that made me picked the property where not there..apparently they stopped breakfast the day before my stay..definitely outdated but perfect for the night or 2 if u just need a bed and a shower...they should lower the cost to 45 or 50 a night just to be full instead of empty..would hate to see the buisness be lost"
