Lovely stay. Only concern was the slowness of staff to clear tables in the bar area and dining room. Would walk past your table empty handed and not pick anything up.

Fantastic location right on the seafront. Easy parking, friendly staff. Restaurant is pleasant, food is average but reasonably priced. Rooms are comfortable- furniture is slightly tired. Tip - sea view rooms have a wonderful view

A two day break away.

We had the superior sea view double aspect bedroom. We realky liked our accommodation The cooked breakfast was delicious and served hot which made the meal far more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and good at their jobs. The afternoon tea was scrumptious It was our second stay and did not disappoint Will be booking again the the future

It was friendly with good music and nice breakfast items and menu. The bed was comfy, but my disability wasn't catered for, so my partner had to carry mobility aid upstairs and downstairs, and I struggled a bit on stairs. It was inconvenient and staff were very much in good spirits.

Lovely hotel friendly staff !! Only down full charged £3.10 for a Latte with Breakfast !! But had a lovely sleep and was nice and warm and loved the large bathroom with Bath and shower Great 👍👍

I found the hotel to be excellent positioned to get to other places. Nice and quiet. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The staff were more than helpful, courteous and very friendly. we couldn't find fault with their service and the food was great. We had a 90th birthday meal for my Brother for 10 people, staff and food were wonderful. Would most certainly come again

Great sea front property. The garden was a fabulous added bonus. The décor throughout was beautiful. Evening food was delicious! Only moan really, was our room was too hot despite the fan being on all night, and a delivery lorry parked right outside our bedroom window to roll off barrels etc (albeit 7.45am and not 5.00am) On the whole, this is a fantastic hotel, and I would stay again and recommend others to do the same.

Stayed in room 7. This room is meant to be an accessible room which is most definitely is not. It is very small with very little space around the bed. I had difficulty with my rollator and it would be impossible with a wheelchair. There is a step up into the shower and the shower is extremely slippery when wet and no grab handles. Room 7 backs on to a car park which is used by both hotel guests and the public. Therefore very noisy with people standing around talking late at night/early morning. Extractor fans from kitchen make a horrendous noise. Refuse bins emptied on Tuesdays. Glass skips 6.30am. General refuse at 7am and yet another collection at 7.15am all of which was extremely noisy. General staff moving bins outside room 7 window again early morning.

Overall okay

Had a lovely stay over the bank holiday weekend. The evening service from the waitress and two waiters were outstanding, and it was a pleasure to see a group of people who genuinely love their job and were happy. However, when booking breakfast for the last morning of our stay the girl at the desk was less than friendly and my partner said he felt he couldn't speak to her about things and she seemed annoyed. The hotel was clean, with a great atmosphere, and the live music was a welcome surprise. My partner slept great, however I did not due to being uncomfortable on the mattress and being able to hear guests coming and going from their rooms, I was pleasantly surprised to not be able to hear the music or crowds below. Overall a fantastic stay, very happy. Thank you.
