"We went to the hotel for the pool/water slide/hot tub. Because we are repeating customers. The pool was ice cold hot tub and slid were out of order. And it did not say anything about it when booking in Expedia.
And because we prepaid they would not refund. Very disappointing for the kids. "

"the staff are great, parking was good, but they did not put any water bottles in the rooms for coffee pot, and the debit card machine was down, they had no restaruant as it is under renos. but the beds are comfy, they have nice bottles of dove shampoo and conditioner, and body wash in the shower. and dove hand soap at sink, "

"We have stayed at the Podollan many times throughout the past years. This was our worst experience. It started with an inattentive front desk person at check in and the front lobby that was freezing because the doors didn’t close. The doors were still open in the morning. When we got to the room, the bathroom sink was completely plugged and did not drain overnight. The shower door was almost falling off. The remote for the TV didn’t work and the front desk was no help for that. As well , the cool control for the room didn’t work and the room was overheated. There will need to be lots of improvements before we stay there again. The whole property is getting run down. "

"The assistant manager, Kate, was absolutely amazing. She made our stay so comfortable and went above and beyond for us. The rooms, building and pool were very clean. My only complaint was the breakfast wasn’t very good. The lady working in the kitchen needs a helper. Food and silverware ran out very quickly. "
