"I spoke to front desk clerk Alex n the room he assigned us was perfect. We were on the ground floor, by request, as we were in town for a wedding n we had a LOT of luggage n “stuff”!! Our room ws excellent. It ws sold out yet very accommodating. Alex was Awesome n so full of customer service. Laura?? Checked us in n was very nice, friendly n answered all of our qxs. We arrived in time for free beer-who can beat that for check in!!!!
