"The availability of breakfast was confusing"

"Our room had a leak from the upstairs unit over our unit over the toilet. My husband is a plumber and he knew it was a leak from the toilet upstairs and it was from dirty toilet water cause it leaked whenever they used the toilet. We were unable to move rooms as the hotel was booked. There was nothing they could do. They said they could look into a credit however when I attempted to talk to them again they didn't help. The continental breakfast was non existent. Try to talk to the desk assistant in the morning and no one was there. Finally left after a 10 minute wait. Am very unhappy with my stay and will not recommend another Econo Lodge."

"I like that you could actually read which was the shampoo and which was the conditioner in the shower bottles. Liked having a bar of soap. Very friendly staff at front desk. Check in was easy. Only improvement could be on the breakfast offered. Eggs, biscuit and gravy were sub par. Overall, very nice place to stay."
