"I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare—there was a large conference going on, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and unprepared. It took far too long just to get a room. Throughout the stay, basic service was lacking. Housekeeping consistently failed to leave enough towels, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, an alarm went off in the middle of the night, completely disrupting our sleep, and there was little to no communication about what was happening. It was impossible to even get some coffee in the morning due to the sheer amount of people in the hotel. Free waters were never available nor replenished for guests not attending the conference. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. I expected much better, especially given the price and reputation. I would not stay here again."

"Great location to Mercedes Benz Stadium. It is literally across the street. The hotel is just 4 months old and it has great facilities. The staff was professional and always friendly and helpful. There’s a good fitness center. The only downside is that it’s a little bit of a walk to most of the restaurants – approximately 3/10 to 8/10 of a mile. The other downside is that the railroad tracks run right beside the hotel, though it did not really disturb us much. There’s construction also going on in the area that typically would start around 8 AM in the morning."

"Clean room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had pancake station, cereal, coffee, juices, sausage, omelet, etc. good variety. Room had temperature control. Great hotel in downtown walking distance to centennial park, Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, coco cola world, plenty of restaurants. "
