"Booked this hotel partly because of free parking in the property. But the following day, we wernt allowed to park because they said, the spots are reserved for the celebrities without letting us know before hand. I guess if you are not a celebrity, you are nothing to them. Not coming back to this place ever again."

"Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. "

"This hotel feels like our second home. It’s our go to hotel every time. It’s not as luxurious as the other ones in Clark but what the hotel offers surpasses that. The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff! Keep up the great job! Looking forward to coming back!"
