"The property is old. It’s in desperate need of updating. The beds creaked and you can feel every spring in them. Our shampoo bottles had seals on them… but they were broken. So who knows what could have been put in it from previous guests. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Not a lot of options. Staff was great though, very friendly and nice. Check in was quick. The pool floor needs updating bad- we ended up with cuts on our feet from sharp broken tiles and concrete. And I will say, I ended up with a suspicious rash on my thigh… it had a couple bite marks…. I’m hoping it was a rogue spider bite when I was sleeping. Overall, our stay was meh. It was just for one night as we drove home. I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night."

"I was greeted warmly. The room was very clean; the shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion was an absolute dream! I’m currently pregnant, so it was nice to see foods I could tolerate for breakfast. When I was checking out, the gentleman was nice and made sure everything was up to my standards. This was an amazing experience!"

"The room was clean enough. Though we found a stray candy gummy bear next to the bed, so attention to detail needs room for improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great mix of options. I would suggest a better variety of gluten-free and vegetarian choices for those with allergens."

"First, go to a different hotel. There are better options 10-20 minutes in either direction on I-80. We did not end up staying at this location. The place is very run down even stepping in to the front lobby. The lobby area smelled like smoke. Probably didn't help that the front desk staff had been smoking at the front door. There is no way I would have eaten their breakfast there. It would have all tasted like smoke. Horrible setup. The front door itself is a potential fire hazard. This place desperately needs to be update. I went to access my room and the hall was probably the cleanest part of the hotel. The room had all kinds of stuff on the floor. If it was vacuumed they need to replace their vacuum. The one bed appeared to have had someone in it. There were brown finger type smudges on the wall by the night stand-I can't imagine what that would be have. Any complaint probably would not have yielded any better room. It was just an all around not good experience. Basic cleanliness seems to have disappeared. Live however you want in your home, but this is a business and should have higher standards. Especially when you are providing a service to guests. It really is not rocket science to make sure things are clean."
