"The shower had hair on the wall. The shower head was taped on and did not get very hot. There were people running up and down the hall all night long. Sheets smelled like vinegar. Breakfast was decent."

"Amazing kick back hour and amazing full breakfast. 30 minutes after arrival we got a call from the front desk inquiring how everything was in our room. Have never experienced that in our sixty some years of life! Room was terrific as always! I went swimming for a while and the pool was clean and refreshing. Food was free, yes, but more important it was excellent quality and all the servers were very friendly and attentive. Love the three soap, shampoo, and body wash dispensers- all were full. Plenty of towels instead of 1 per person. Refrigerator and microwave a bonus. Thermostat was perfect instead of a rambling air conditioner on the window. Though their slogan was “Travel happy”, we noticed that the workers all seemed happy and content too. Wish you had hotels EVERYWHERE we travel!!! This would totally be ten stars if we could give it that!"

"The staff were very warm and welcoming! The hotel was convenient to the interstate. The beds were clean and the breakfast was good. The room was rather damp, so the bathroom had hair from previous guests on the walls and ceiling; the window a/c unit would benefit from a thorough cleaning."

"Ac works and the room is semi clean. The property looks terrible and the staff was basically non existent on check in. Me and another guest stood in the lobby for 10-15 trying to check in before we had to physically locate the desk worker to check in. On top of it all I was double charged so now I have to argue for days to get that resolved. "

"The room was so smelly with a mold smell. There was rust or something all over the lamp shades. The mattress was so bowed our feet were higher than our heads. We literally slept a few hours and left. Would not even make coffee in the room."
