"The staff was amazing, and really showed care and concern. The breakfast could have had more options, but was satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious. The elevator worked just fine. Everything was perfect except for when you left the facility. The surroundings were awful; nasty, and people openly doing drugs. Public transportation was limited and walking was not an option due to the homeless. Too bad because the hotel is so nice."
"The people there were amazing. I locked my keys and phone in my car. They did everything they could to help me get it unlocked. But they ended up calling someone to open the car. They were going to wait out side with me until the car door was opened but I told them that it was not needed. I think they watched me out the window which was very nice.
I think it was in a rougher part of town but I felt safe. "
