"The rooms were clean, house keeping was phenomenal, staff personnel all over the resort were helpful. The only con that I have w/ the resort compared to other resorts I have stayed in other countries, the drink were not strong! The drinks at the bar tasted like absolutely juice."

"Overall, we had a good experience at this hotel. The property is not very large, which made it easy to get around. The beach was conveniently close, and the pools were enjoyable for both adults and children. There is also a dedicated kids’ area, which was a great feature for families. The staff experience was mixed. Some employees were friendly and very helpful, while others seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Making reservations at the specialty restaurants was challenging, but the buffet consistently offered a good variety of tasty food. The bars were conveniently located throughout the resort and served a wide selection of drinks and cocktails. I would recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children."

"We enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out experience was seamless. We did not have hot water during our stay (room 4238). The housekeeper did not properly clean our room and did not restock the towels. We had to request additional towels. I used a mug and she flipped it over instead of replacing it (the inside was still sticky). She made the beds but left the empty plate that contained the complimentary macaroons on the coffee table. Aside from the housekeeping concern, the staff at the resort were incredibly AMAZING! Every one was friendly and helpful. We felt safe the entire time. Such much to do on the resort! We enjoyed the nightly entertainment. The food was delicious! So much to choose from. I can’t wait to return with hopes of a better room experience."

"The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year."

"The beach is not on the doorstep! The hotel provide a shuttle bus. 10am-4pm. The hotel is up a steep hill. Most staff were helpful. The basement bedrooms were clean but smelt damp. Breakfast was amazing. A property 3 course Jamaican breakfast. Good location Air conditioning worked well. good size bedrooms work two queen beds."
