"The Staff, while trying to be helpful was not well trained and it took a very long time to get any resolution for our reservations that they could not fulfill as booked. Overall the place is old and run-down… maybe 3 stars… including the rooms."

"Night staff needs to learn how to deal with people and not argue with them when they have general questions. such as why am I being charged an extra 15$ that wasn't mentioned on the reservation.. simple questions requure simple answers not rude and condescending ones. and after that experience and hauling all my stuff to the room upstairs, coincidentally, my room key didnt work and I had to track it all the way back down with all my stuff to request a new key. Coincidence... No, I don't think so... its okay, its a family place so be prepared for family yelling and kids screaming and running down the halls etc. nighttime is quite tho. Day staff was pleasant. Location good. Prices fair. Rooms were comfortable. Busier than blue mountain village suites in the off season ironically, must be the indoor pool. They have farm eggs in a fridge for purchase which is very nice.. and very fair."

"Travelling with a baby and had an overall great experience. Clean, spacious room. For some reason the wall ac/heat unit kept resetting to auto fan. With a baby and being up multiple times during the night this was just super annoying. But the hotel staff and overall amenities were great! Would stay again."

"My family of four stayed over the weekend and we loved the hotel. They were undergoing renovations and honestly it didn’t hinder the experience in any way. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the rooms were amazing and very clean and the few things we needed to request were brought up to our room within minutes. The pool and hot tub were great for all of us. We will absolutely be coming back!"

" doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It’s a very old hotel, and the beds are not comfortable—they sink in the middle. The rooms smell bad, and the outdoor areas are completely run down. It’s very expensive for what it is. On top of that, when I arrived, there was a beeping sound from the fire alarm in the middle of the room, and I had to waste time waiting for someone to fix it. Also, the person who greeted me at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming at all"
