"Great location and nice place to stop. Though set up for tourist market for the castle itself, more then fine for my business trip. Short walk to town centre and train station, in nice surroundings."

"Bar staff (Grant) and head of resturant (Claire) were excellent, both helpful and engaging. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Our room was dated and would be better once rennovations were undertaken, however it was adequate for our stay."

"Stayed overnight to watch The Tempest. So convenient to the RSC. Staff were amazing especially Alysha. Our room was the Alder , deluxe huge room with huge bed. Really comfortable little treats as well as the norm tea coffee etc. Milk and water in the fridge. Cool enough air con perfect. Food was gorgeous dinner and breakfast. No complaints there and I’m a fussy eater. Hotel is very quiet and relaxing especially the Temple Spa toiletries which I would defo go back for.😂 As reviews have mentioned it is a little dated, lights in the bathroom could be a little brighter, perhaps some furniture could do with an update as well as some walls requiring a lick of paint, but to be honest , it was so clean , staff so friendly , lovely and quiet, heard the birds when I woke up, food amazing and a really comfortable night. I know what I would prefer , to have the latter than perfect paint on the walls."

"Great hotel! Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Also amazing to be able to use the facilities which are really good for a hotel gym and pool/spa as its actually a paying membership healthclub. We had brunch one morning which was good as we didnt fancy the buffet, but the buffet was also of a good standard. Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a lovely stay, the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we needed an early check in, wasn’t a problem, bonus having parking on site and plenty of it. A lovely warm complimentary cookie on arrival to. The room war very spacious very clean, lovely bathroom with a bath. Toiletries lovely too comfy bed. We will definitely stay again when visiting Stratford as a perfect position."
