"The staff that work at this hotel are phenomenal."

"There was no breakfast. There is a coffee machine and cereal. We did not get a room refresh or more towels. The office is not staffed between 7:00 pm and 7am. What would you do if anything happened in the room? We checked out a day early and the desk employee just said, “ok”. That said, the room was very clean and in a centralized location in Freeport."

"They were in the middle of a remodel. We were excited to stay here based on the pictures, but the lack of cleanliness and amenities listed that were unavailable were disappointing. "

Pull out couch is considered a second twin”. I was really disappointed but I did let it go. If anyone cares to follow up, I can give you the name of the individual who told me this."
