"Mid April stay and too cool for outdoor pool, but access was totally shut off. Couldn't lay out, use hammocks, cornhole games, bar or just hangout. Had a guy with guitar for entertainment on Saturday night but Sunday day and night was a ghost town. Asked the staff if we could use a meeting room to do a movie night with another party and no accommodation or offer of alternative entertainment. It's a new place but nothing extra to justify the "resort type" of extra cost so a rip off really."

"Got in at 11 pm. Grumpy old man attitude. Didn’t need that type of greeting after a long drive. Checking out had to wait 20 minutes Another customer too. He called the hotel a couple of times and he finally came out from the back to the front desk The room spelt musty. Won’t be staying there again "

"DO NOT STAY HERE If I could give them zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. I reached out via email beforehand to inquire about an early check-in. I have stayed at hotels in Italy, Greece, and various other European destinations. They responded promptly. However, I never received any reply. I submitted a review through Travelocity, and they forwarded my complaints on my first day, yet I never heard back from anyone. PRO: ✔️ The male barista at the café was truly exceptional. ✔️ The two cashiers at the Lotus restaurant were fantastic. An older lady with a cast on her arm and a young man in his early twenties. ✔️ The delivery guy from the Lotus restaurant was great. ✔️ The bathroom shower was absolutely wonderful. CON: 🚫 The hotel itself reeked of cigarette smoke. 🚫 Upon entering the room, I found the bed sheets stained with mascara, lipstick, and other revolting🤮🤢 substances. When I arrived in the room. 🚫 The front desk attendant insisted I remove the dirty sheets from the bed and place them in the hallway. Then she handed me new sheets and expected me to remake the bed, but eventually changed my room instead. ❌️ I had to switch to a different room three times. ✖️ It took 45 minutes for the front desk to respond the first time, and this was already at 10:30 p.m. ❎️ I called the hotel thinking I had left something in the room. The front desk transferred me to housekeeping. I called housekeeping three times with no answer. ✖️ I left a message requesting a callb"

"Our room was clean, but the door lock didn't work in room 419, only the latch at the top. We didn't have breakfast but the snacks at the front had plenty of options. The bar service was great, and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent service!! I would come back for another stay!"

"The property doesn’t look like it does in the pic. My room didn’t look like the one in the pic. The hotel is at the end of a dead end road by a 18 wheeler storage or something. Wouldn’t recommend personally "

"The hotel is not well kept in terms of cleaning. The room had a strong mold smell. Cleaning left much to be desired with hair on the bed and the bathroom was not really clean. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I especially found the breakfast to be fantastic with high quality food and lots of options. We are planning to stay there in the future when traveling. "
