"Honest little motel. Nothing great but with the location being downtown Helen, it was great. Staff excellent, breakfast was outstanding. Downside as a guest paying 5.00 a day/night for parking. "

"The staff were friendly enough. The rooms are in major need of repair. The ceiling popcorn is coming off the door to the bathroom was broken and a mirror was placed over it. The sheets and towels were stained with something brown. Black mold on the shower doors. All the walls needed some paint. Seems they have not painted or updated since the early 90s. The pool is not in working order. The fitness room was not in working order. The complimentary breakfast was cereal and milk. "

"Room was very run down. We booked a room with a tub, but there was only a very moldy shower. We had to listen to sheriff's deputies serving search warrants all night. Rough crowd staying there. We were highly disappointed. Definitely wouldn't stay there again. "

The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, which made check-in and the overall experience smooth. The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting expectations for comfort and hygiene. The outdoor pool area was a nice feature, although the water was not heated adequately, which limited its usability. The main disappointment, however, was the breakfast. It was falsely advertised as a continental breakfast, but in reality, it consisted mostly of pre-packaged items. There was minimal variety and little apparent effort put into offering a more substantial or fresh selection. Overall, while the service, cleanliness, and location were strong points, the breakfast offering significantly detracted from the experience."

"For a budget hotel, we found the rooms to be clean and fresh smelling, the beds comfy, the pillows plump. The water pressure in the shower was great and there was plenty of hot water. We came before the water park next door was open for the season, but once open, the park may be seen an added perk for those with kids or an annoyance for those without. Breakfast was good. Hot waffles, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. I missed having any hot protein options though. Overall, I am pleased with my value for the money and I rate them a 5 out of 5."
