"Rooms were very clean , all staff really smartly dressed and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we payed for and were very pleased with , it had all that we needed (sausage , bacon, egg , hash brown, beans etc )and juice , coffee and im sure if you looked (which i didn't) there were vegetarian and vegan options also. We visited the spa while there and was very impressed with the amenities and also we had massages ...excellant we thought ."

"Hotel is a bit run down in the rooms but i think that is reflective of the price and didn'taffect tge stay. The tea/coffee/sugar holder was filthy, other than that seemed clean. The reception staff were lovely."

"First time staying at this hotel. We booked for an anniversary weekend for 3 nights. Staff are so friendly and courteous, from reception to the bar and the spa area. The foyer as you walk in is so beautiful, with the hanging lights and grandeur. It’s kept very clean and tidy every day. There’s a bar area up the steps from foyer where you’ll find comfy sofas and big chairs to lounge in, this was such a nice area to sit and have pre-drinks before heading to the restaurant for evening meal. During the day you can sit with a good book and enjoy the comings and goings of the hotel. There is soft music playing all the time which just adds to the ambience. We had such a lovely relaxing break. Spa We booked the couples day at the spa which included massage, Thermal spa experience and afternoon tea - this was sublime. Definitely recommend doing this if you can. Afternoon tea, especially, was a lovely treat and so tasty. Special thanks to Beth, on spa reception who went above and beyond for us during our time at the spa. There were a few hiccups but all dealt with promptly and professionally. The rooms We booked a superior room, was really lovely with the addition of small table and armchair to the side of the bed. Overall, we had such a lovely few days and big thanks to all the members of staff who served with a smile and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing stay with spa and treatments. Thank you "

"Smooth check in. Room was good size, much better than expected. Water, coffee etc all you need in there. Facilities were good, used the pool very clean and changing area good. Breakfast was good, so much choice. "
