"Ac was not working at the condo โ€ฆ with kids and at 95 degrees, very uncomfortable to get a restful sleep. The staff was hepful and willing to come take a look at 11pm as to why the AC wasnโ€™t working, But still wasnโ€™t fixed, had to call service person again in the morning and get temporary got it working. The bunk lights werenโ€™t there at all and the service guy who came to look at the AC kindly said he had the bunk lights ordered come and could fix it. The initial room given had wet carpet and we ended up with a different room with all the above issues. The front desk at checkout were polite hearing about the issues but had no record of rhe issues/temporary fixes provided. Good property, helpful polite staff. But having paid for the condo stay and resort fee, expecting a fully functional room is basic!"
