"The staff were helpful, kind and courteous. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Liked that restaurant and gas station was in same complex and easy to get around. An easy on and off I-81. Will definitely book this again next time I travel."
"For the price and location of the hotel, it was very nice. The only issue we had was that we had allowed messy neighbor. As we were checking out, we notified the staff and they immediately got on it."
"It was quick and easy to make the reservation which I made while traveling in the car at approx 9:00 pm. When we got to the hotel about an hour later there was a note on the desk that the staff was helping a customer and would be back shortly. They weren't but fortunately they had printed out our paperwork and left the keys on the desk. So we were able to check ourselves in. I'm not sure if we were supposed to. The next day when we checked out the gentleman at the desk was very polite."

"Stayed here as a halfway point between Charlotte, NC and NY. There's a Houlihan's attached to the hotel. It was nice to not have to leave the hotel for dinner after driving all day. We were traveling with 2 teenagers so booking a room with 2 queen beds and a sofabed was perfect. The 2 queen beds were in a separate room and had a nice large flatscreen TV. The living room with the sofabed also had a nice big flatscreen TV. There was a wetbar area above the refrigerator. Nice Crabtree & Evelyn bath products and I think this was the only place I've stayed recently that included a shower cap! Also, a sewing kit, which was a nice touch. Hilton Honors members get 2 free bottle of water and cookies on check in. Thrilled there was an allergy friendly cookie option since a few of us in the family are gluten & dairy free. The town itself also had lots of stores, restaurants and a starbucks. Also, if you're stil reading... the hotel is a mere 10 minutes from Dinosaurland which is a kitschy roadside attraction well worth the stop if you're into that sort of thing or have very young kids traveling with you :)"
"Very nice newer hotel. Only complaints were there were no shelves in the shower to sit your soap and shampoo. There was body wash shampoo and conditioner stuck on the wall but I like to bring my own. Also being from the south, I was very excited that they had grits for breakfast but apparently making grits was not their specialty as both mornings the grits were super watery and had big lumps in it, basically not edible. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel."
