"Our youngest child of five had just turned eighteen. So my husband & I felt we deserved a little getaway. The Captains suite was absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, view of the water. It was evident the moment we walked in they care about details. Customer service & showing care of little details is important to me. They were amazing in both areas, making the trip even better. I had broken my ankle prior to the trip, unable to walk. Overall it wasn’t a hindrance at all. Parking was good. The ambiance was relaxing and welcoming. I even enjoyed the piano player in the lobby a couple evenings. I have Celiac. They were able to adjust add ons with gluten free options. Last day there was an issue with an add-on. From other experiences other places, I definitely expected a problem, tainting the trip. That was not the case. It was handled quickly & courteously. All around wonderful place and cute town. Great people. Thank you for giving us a wonderful much needed & deserve break. I want to go back already."

"Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. "

"Kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub was great. Free breakfast worked well to get the kids fed before going to the Tulip festival in the morning. Room was clean but bed was not the most comfortable, and AC unit was quite loud. Overall recommend as a place to atop while visiting the area with children. "
