"I paid $580 CAD for two rooms, and based on the experience, I do not feel it was worth the price. The stay did not match the amenities or service level I expected. During my stay, there were several disappointing issues. At breakfast, the milk provided from the fridge was expired, which was very concerning. The breakfast area also had guests with three dogs, which made the space uncomfortable while eating. The amenities listed were not accurate. There was no EV charging available, and there was no swimming pool, even though the TV in the room mentioned it as an amenity. Room service was also not available during my stay. The reception told me service is only provided every three days, but I stayed for two nights, so the room was never serviced. Towels were not replaced either, and I had to go downstairs myself to ask for fresh towels. Based on the experience, I do not feel it was worth the price. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, especially because of the expired milk, lack of listed amenities, and poor room service. "

"Room was a bit run down (carpet has been better days) on the 2nd floor, but renovations are happening soon. Renovations were happening on the 3rd floor - and the noise level was not bad, very considerate. Staff was always very polite and accommodating. Overall the room was comfortable and no real complaints about the stay. Excellent value for the price"

"Bathroom needs maintenance. Caulking black in the shower. Walltex wallpaper loose next to shower. Sink electrical outlet didn’t work. Telephone buttons broken. No answer at the front desk or housekeeping this morning when I tried to get help. Breakfast was pretty good. Check out was easy."

"Was just great afternoon and midnight just great .but have and been there many times to experience every shift and crew .will say there are two or three that just shouldn't be the ones who are the ones to deal with the customers just shouldn't be ones people have to go to when they seem to be unhappy person how they acted or talked once I asked a simple question about I was told u do take cash cauwe was at hotel and my husband was with a friend for a doctor and wanted to rebook my room and she said u do have a vehicle so your hear not one person in ur room has a vehicle I'm trying to tell her.i said yes qrw car blew up while back.cajw she said she can take cash but will n we q 250 dollar cash deposit also I said I have 200 the money to pay just not on card .and she said o can't help you it was 5 till noon and was trying get things ready husband left me with two hundred to pay for room again so she came to room at rive tillnoon knocked I said one sec ahe knocked again harder opened said I cant get the wifi to work witch been trying telling her it is woulnt work seens 1003.to get on the app for booking she said well you gotta go check out I can't help you when you don't have anuff money I said I do i have 200 just not on card.just that one or two people who shouldn't be around people dealing with front house everyone was family feeling loving just a big happy family who welcome u .the manger jokes with my husband Jessica she funny we love her April is the sweetest"

"The Hotel was clean, which is most important to me. The breakfast was normal, powdered eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, toast...etc. The muffins were on point though. Overall, the hotel was above average and we would stay there again."
