"The room wasn’t ready when we arrived after check-in time. No problem, things happen. The room felt pretty clean but missing towels so I was worried they rushed through cleaning. Electricity in our bathroom was not working. They fixed it, but a pretty big inconvenience when trying to get ready to leave. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible even after it got fixed. Phone did not work. The hot tub is on a beautiful rooftop. During our 3 day stay, it was overrun with unsupervised children the whole time. There are not enough elevators for the number of rooms in the hotel. "

"I was here for two nights on business. From the outside it looks like a 1950s motel with mature palm trees and has a very laid back vibe. The inside looks like the picture - renovated and clean. It was a little strange not having staff on site, but it totally worked - they communicated effectively through messages and I really didn't miss it all all. Check in was great. I was also traveling alone and as a woman don't usually pick a place with an outside door. I felt safe and comfortable here and would stay here again. "

"Very close to many stores, restaurants and the marina. Loved the pool and hot tub. It was very well maintained and clean. Easy walk to beach with chairs and umbrella already set up. Great having pool towels available. Beautiful hotel and beach. "

"Bathtub/shower was very slippery because there was no texture to the bottom and no bath mat. I was afraid that I would fall. Fortunately, there was a grab bar. We seemed to be in the area where there were dogs and several of them kept barking at each other starting at 8:30 am. I realize that we probably got one of the last room choices because our flight was delayed and we didn't get to the hotel until 1am. The check in clerks were nice and tried to accommodate our requests. They have a nice pool and gazebo. "
