The breakfast just needs to have someone who can replenish the items as they run out in a timely fashion ( the last morning I got tired waiting and just went to Tim Horton’s around the corner). Overall I would definitely come back."

"The check in process was awful! We were not able to get into our cabin until an hour and a half past check in time. We were told to go drive around. We were not prepared to enjoy any of the amenities until we were able to unpack our luggage. Having said that the cabin was absolutely wonderful! I wish that there was a bigger fridge as we were not able to fit all of the items we brought. The staff were very kind. Despite the check in issues, I would consider going here again providing that I could check in at the proper time."

The hotel was very clean, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and the location was great. It felt cozy and relaxing, making it a perfect place to stay and unwind. If you’re planning to travel from AlbertaJasper, to BC or on your way to Vancouver, this is a great stop. My room overlooked the lake, and it was quiet and peaceful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was not bad!"

"Greeted well at reception. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. We only had one night but would happily stay longer. It’s very convenient for the many trails and waterfalls in the area. We had a drink in the bar and a snack which was good. Staff were excellent, nice and friendly and made you feel welcome as did the locals in the bar. Only thing to note is a great breakfast but allow plenty of time as it’s cooed to order."
