Convenient location, easy on-site parking, nice large rooms, the food at breakfast was good. Main disappointment was the use of disposable plates, bowls, cups and cutlery at the breakfast service from a sustainability perspective.

We had a great experience at the Best Western Clearwater. Staff was excellent and welcoming, breakfast was great and the rooms were super clean. If we are coming this way again we will definitely have be staying here.

We stayed in several different hotels for our holidays and this was the best one by far!! Staff was all very nice, the room was very big for our family of 4 and very clean. The AC was broken in our room but they informed us before checking in and gave a discount on the room. The pool was also put of commission but said we were welcome to use the pool in the hotel next door. Was also the best priced hotel we stayed at. Would definitely recommend.

A very modern hotel in a great location for sightseeing the many waterfalls in the area. The rooms was spacious with all the necessary facilities. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast service, the 2 staff were unable to maintain all the choices at hand, especially hot items such as bacon etc. We had ask for these to be topped up twice during our stay.

Room felt large and was clean. Could only see one worker during our stay. Asked for a cot for the room, there was none available. Asked for robes, looked and couldn't find any. Asked for extra bedding/blankets, said they'd bring them up and they never arrived. Booked the hotel since the listing said it had a pool. After booking we got a message saying the pool is closed. Other than those things, the hotel was pretty good.
