"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "We enjoyed our stay. Staff were polite and helpful and took great care of me regarding my allergies giving me a relaxing stay with no need to worry about my allergies. Breakfast was very good and the full english breakfast was well cooked and tasty. The beds were comfortable and the coffee and tea with kettle in the room were good. Only negative was lack of storage or place to put our cases as the room was quite compact."
