"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. "When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "I have always stayed at the Ibis when visit Hull Fair so convenient and just a 5-10 min walk from the transport hub the staff are always welcoming only issue is the air con unit in the room which takes outside temperature readings which meant the room was warm at night but too warm for my liking however opening the window solves that just wished you had more customisability over the room temperature but nonetheless had a great stay and slept well the room was clean and comfortable would recommend "
