Excellent service from the start. I had request a slightly earlier check in as i was traveling from Glasgow, my room had been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard for my arrival. This was greatly appreciated as I had travelled to attend a funeral service. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from Cleethorpes railway station, so very easy to find and get to. The hotel is immaculate and beds are comfortable. Great local hotel. 5*

Room was spacious and clean, hotel was quiet, breakfast was a nice selection of cereals, pastries, fruit or cooked breakfast. Hotel walkable to lots of Cleethorpes. Car park around the back but we found a space on the road.

Amazing experience and place to stay.
Overwhelmed on arrival, great welcome from reception, easy to find and very friendly team inc fellow guests. Breakfast was the best ever! Slightly disappointed that the exterior of the hotel doesn't give this property justice, highly recommended for all.

Cheeky night in cleethorpes
Had a fantastic stay , very clean , great staff brilliant continental breakfast, which included , bacon ,eggs and beans. Would definitely reccomend. Dont try and ring the number supplied by booking . Com as it is wrong .

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was spacious and everything looked brand new. Staff (Max) was lovely and very helpful. The seafront was right there and bus transportation was also right there. The library was just across the road and the staff there were also extremely helpful.I highly recommend this hotel and will happily stay there again.

The reception in arrival couldn’t have been more helpful and directed me to the car park. The lady serving breakfast was the opposite. I arrived at 09:10 to be told breakfast was finished and in the bin - which she showed me. I asked politely if it were possible to get 2 eggs to be told no - with such a stern face it was embarrassing also to the other guests. . Seriously whatever the policy which. I must have missed travellers expect breakfast until 09:30 or probably 10!!

This hotel is centrally located, close to the shopping centre, market square, bars and restaurants. It is spotlessly clean and the staff extremely friendly, efficient and amenable. We were allowed to park our car and check in at 12 noon.

A Good Stay Overall
The staff are all friendly and helpful. The only let down was the size of the room which was small and the parking was not explained as the car park was small and other parking was off road. You would find it hard to park in peak season if you could not get a space in their small car park.

A great place to stay.
A great welcome, the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. Small touches, sweets on the bed, cut glass tumblers in the room, a very comfortable bed. Near to some quirky and interesting shops and historic pubs. All within walking distance. Free parking.

We’ve just had a really lovely stay at the Burlington Hotel Cleethorpes. The staff were so very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The special little touch of frozen water offered for our day out was so lovely. It was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a lovely warm atmosphere in the dining room. Thank you to the amazing staff there.. Julia and Lee xx

Greeted by very friendly staff (Ross) only asked for our first names to check us in...offered to help carry our luggage to our room, and car upon departure...our room was very clean, there was a fridge, tea making facilities... spacious bathroom with heated towel rail...lovely shower....smart TV in the room...very comfortable.....don't normally have breakfast but their continental breakfast was very good, lot of fresh variety... definitely worth the stay... would go there again and definitely recommend staying there...
