Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was a good selection with all you need. Room is spacious, charming and clean.The ev chargers were a bonus. All staff very helpful and friendly (and speak great English!).

I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby.

L’écologie ne permet pas tout ou alors il faut baisser le prix

L'arrivée à l'hôtel en bord de périphérique ne donne pas nécessairement envie. Néanmoins, une fois arrivé, le hall d'entrée et les chambres sont impeccables et moderne, le personnel agréable et efficace et la piscine adjacente a un petit jardin avec des transats et jeux pour enfants, on pourrait croire qu'on est a la campagne vu le calme alors qu'on est à 30 mètres du peripherique. De plus, le petit dejeuner est excellent.

TRAFFIC NOISE

AWFUL__Always use Novotels in France--never this one again. My room was so noisy could hear constant traffic noise, also room hot and temperature control in effective as when on made a noise.

Arrived at 11pm to an empty Reception area. Waited a few minutes and then found 3 staff near the bar, one of whom appeared to be the Manager who accompanied me back to the Reception area when the staff member re-appeared. Curt and perfunctory check in with minimal information given over and I had to ask how to get to my room.

Very nice hotel. Absolutely terrific restaurant.

The Novotel in Clermont-Ferrand was conveniently just off the autoroute. Good protected parking and very efficient check-in. (And they are DOG FRIENDLY). Rooms are what you expect, although our room was way too warm and even we couldn't regulate the temperature satisfactorily. Not sure what was going on, but the thermostat was not responding. The best part: The food offerings at the Novotel are excellent. A very good bar menu of bistro fare, including Croque Monsieurs. But the restaurant itself is terrific. Way beyond anything you would imagine at a Novotel. We will stay there again just for the restaurant!

Hotel was fine, good Novotel standard, however the location was rather unappealing. It did have a good carpark and the staff were very helpful. It was an ideal hotel for a 1 or 2 night stopover.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer (2 Erwachsenen, 2 Kinder) mit 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Es hat alles super funktioniert, es war alles relativ neu und gepflegt. Die Lage war absolut ruhig trotz die Nähe zur Autobahn. Frühstück ist auf jedem Fall zu Empfehlen! Ich habe noch nie im Frankreich so einen schönen Frühstücksbuffet genossen. Zu Verbessern wäre allerdings die Sprachkenntnis der Personal. Leider haben sie nur an der Rezeption Englisch gesprochen, sonst leider nur Französisch, auch im Restaurant beim Abendessen (Karte auch nur auf Französisch verfügbar). Wir waren ab

Dans l'ensemble notre séjour était parfait ! Sauf que j'ai trouvé dommage que les lits d'appoints soient avec de vieilles couvertures à l'ancienne. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas à disposition dès le début du mois de mai. Dommage qu'il n'y est eut que 3 bornes de re chargement surtout que régulièrement une tesla s'y mettait au détriment de vos clients de l'hôtel qui ne pouvaient pas toujours charger ... Je confirme tous de même que nous avons passer un excellent séjour. Merci !!!
