"We stayed at the Hôtel l'Atelier for 3 nights for the Ironman Vichy race weekend. Hotel is a little outside the Vichy town in a quiet country side. There is a supermarket walking distance you can have everything you need. Hotel is very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was typical French breakfast and we had coffee/tea etc. during the day without any charge. "The place is not bad at all, it had everything we wanted for our stay with a baby but the heat in the room is unbearable and although there was one ventilator we gave it to the baby and we suffered and didn't sleep at all from the extreme heat. "

It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam."

It just looked quite unloved and like it needed a redecoration.
