Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade
This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I have seen & stayed at. All the staff were professional & friendly. The room I was in was clean, with a great Arcade view. Food & drinks were delicious, as well.

Kimpton Schofield Hotel by IHG
Staff was amazing and always love staying at this hotel. We got an ADA room; something should be improved to control the shower water: perhaps a floor squeegee to keep it dry and prevent slipping.
