Great hotel, location, close to restaurants

Nice hotel connected to Holiday Inn. Everything was great except parking was inconvenient. Staff might advise on best place to park to re-enter after check in.

Candlewood Suite Stay

The 1-bedroom suites are the size of a condo. It was quiet, had free washer and dryer available, a stove top. The area has many good restaurants. Attached to the Holiday Inn. So, you get use of their nice workout room and pool. This is excellent for long stays.

Double the Price

Excellent stay. We had a very enjoyable time and only spent 10 hours at the place, but somehow the security deposit was never credited to my credit card, doubling the cost of my stay. I don’t understand how I was billed for this.

We booked our stay for 4 days. We didn’t have hot water for 2 days! No communication was given by the staff in regards to this matter.

Island Girl

The floors (bed, kitchen and bath areas) were all dirty. The bathroom was stained and had dog prints on the floor. Kitchen area had food swept under the counters. Although there were 2 cups, bowls and plates, there was only one fork, knife and spoon. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The downstairs hallways were also littered with food.

Place was clean and nice . The only downside was the staff ! Lack of training and knowledge of the system! Prepaid by Hotels. Com and had to wait over 30 minutes at the desk even though they had a confirmation number. Also could not get my hotel points. Disappointed said couldn’t look up my account. Told me to call the company. Training needed.
