So the hotel was okay, nice room but the two days I was there, the water ran out during my 6 minute shower...what in the world is going on with your water there? I won't be back.

I had unpleasant experience staying there. The corridor door didn't block sound at at, and with people roaming back and forth I wasn't able to get sleep till 1AM. And at 6AM an alarm in unpopulated room woke me up. They did a bad job of room service - a prop room service supposed to turn off all the alarms when person departures... Breakfast is eatable but beyond good point. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and in good condition. However because of sound insulation issues I won't stay there a next time...

When i checked in i wanted to pay with cash and not with the card that they were holding on file. The rep at the desk told me it would be another 100 dollar deposit if i paid with cash. When i booked this hotel on expedia it didnt say anything about an extra 100 dollars deposit. that started my trip bad at the check in. Before i left i needed more towels to take a bath the hotel ran out of towels that was an issue.

The hotel was quiet and it looked cleaned inside and outside. When I removed my shoes in the room I could feel the dust under my feet’s. When Inopned the curtains in the morning I could see the dust on the floors. Check the picture of the air unit with a wire going cross the unit. Overall great stay
Great overall.. hotel room was nice and clean.. staff was fairly friendly. There was no hot tub as stated in the amenities...only issue was breakfast items not available even though we were one of the first there. No syrup for the waffles we took the time to make .. and no juice.

I was seriously impressed!! In this day of Covid cleaning guidelines. Most rooms in very nice accommodations are not clean. This facility was CLEAN.
