The property needs some serious upgrading and maintenance. While we just needed a place to sleep, the room looked 'worn' It was not very well lit. We really were not sure if the room was dirty or not, but the shower tiles had mold and there was no stopper in the sink so you could see the "crud' in the pipes. There was no toilet paper holder so there was just a loose roll or toilet paper. We slept well because we were tired. The room had a refrigerator and someone had spilled something in there and it had not been cleaned up when we arrived.

Hit with smell of weed as soon as you walk down thw hallways. Fights breaking out in and outside of facility. 8pm check-in: no staff in sight. 3 different groups waiting to be checked in waited 15 - 20min untill staff showed up. Carpet coming up bad in room. NO WATER PRESSURE in shower. No hot water in sink. Wont stay here again. Dont recommend.

Good location, convenient to Cleveland without being downtown and paying high rates. Very dirty room, was clear it wouldn’t get cleaned during our 4 night stay. Picked up cleaning supplies and did so ourselves. Staff outwardly friendly but unresponsive to requests. Refrigerator cord wouldn’t reach the outlet. Bedside lamps had to be moved to opposite side of room where outlets located, apparently where the original interior design intended. Very loud heat/ac, no option to run fan continuously. Key card had to be reset every day. Obviously not the no smoking room we requested. Strong cannabis and tobacco odors. Not suitable for families, better suited for hourly needs.

This place has a lot of potential but management didn't really seem to care to listen to my concerns so now I have to publicly voice my opinion...When you 1st walk in it's a 50/50 chance that someone at the front desk will even be there to check you in. Not sure what they are doing but I think they leave the front desk unattended for long periods of time because they are cleaning rooms and renovating them. Which leads me to me to my next issue severely understaff in the housekeeping department which is why some rooms are rushed thru and halfway done. The worst thing about this place was the rooms don't have microwaves in them You have to get on the elevator to go down to the lobby and use the 1 in the lobby. Yes! 6 FLOORS in this hotel has to Share a microwave in the lobby thats probably not gonna be clean. It says there is an Ice machine on the 3rd floor but it's not it's nothing there. If you plan on staying an Extended period of time (1 Week or more) you have to ask multiple times to have your room serviced or it won't even tho I did see my room on the list to be serviced it wasn't done when they did come it was 2 days later. The housekeepers don't really clean thoroughly

The hotel overall is run down and poorly maintained. Just a bunch of DIY jobs in an attempt to update the place... and it shows! The rooms are shabby, old and dirty. No lobby furniture...just looks cold and uninviting. Christmas lights hanging over the check-in area as decor. You guys really need a professional to come in and spruce up the place even if that means increasing prices. The staff were nice and efficient!!!!

Room was not clean. Bed linen was dirty and had black-like materials on it. Stains were on the walls. The fridge had mold in the bottom of it. Not happy whatsoever. Ended up leaving to get another hotel for the night.

There was not a microwave in the room or a coffee pot, the ONLY microwave was in the lobby and it was disgusting it looked like it has never been cleaned. I had an ironing board but no iron. No breakfast either, at least some donuts would of been nice? For the price something's need to change. Room was clean. Entrance looks magnificent but the lack of things in the rooms needs to change especially a microwave.

This is an old hotel outside of Cleveland that is cheap as a result of its location and not being kept up. The rooms are old and it shows. The bathroom was where that was most apparent - it wasn't dirty but it looked like it. Beds were fine and rooms were clean. I had two issues. There was essentially no curtain on the window (it was like single-ply toilet paper - it blocked no light and could be seen through). The wifi only worked in the lobby even though our room was only four rooms down the hall from the lobby. I chose this hotel for the price so I guess I got what I paid for but don't think that these two issues should exist.

Every time I stay at Fairbridge Hotel it never fails their remote control never works for the tv and I have to wait three to four hours before someone will decide to bring me a remote to my room.
