The property is nicely maintained. Too bad the surrounding area has many vacant buildings and shops. This area seems to have hit a rough economic patch.

Property was well maintained and staff was excellent. There was a defunct mall & Days Inn hotel nearby which made the area somewhat less appealing but the hotel itself was nice and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Every member of the staff was cheerful and professional in the way they greeted us, even whenever we had our two black dogs with us who sometimes expected them to give treats (and showed it by being too familiar with people working at the desk and in the lobby areas). We'll be back!

The property was clean. The staff at the front desk is unprofessional. The hotel was very noisy the entire time. I smelled smoke in the hallways. The hold they put on my card is ridiculous for this property. The courtyard next door is much more upscale , professional and clean yet they only hold $25 for incidentals and they release it at checkout. This hotel belongs on the side of a highway by a truck stop. I won’t be staying here again.

New Years Eve experience
It was great, was there over New Years Eve, there was a group of 15 of us, and our front desk person was very accommodating. He let us hang out in the commonplace and eat some dinner and chat until it was time to leave and go to our party.

Our room was beautiful, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the room has a storage room on one side and the kitchen on the other. So we were woke up at 5:00 am when they started cooking. Doors slamming, heavy walking, floor squeeking, etc. Other than that everything was good.
