Very convenient location. An older motel but in OK shape for a couple day stay. Complimentary breakfast is small but alright to get you going. The location is right next to Dunkin Donuts and chain eateries so easy to grab a real meal.

Very Disappointing
2 Rooms rented, called one week in advance to ensure the rooms would be next to each other upon arrival they had them separated.
If one person rent two rooms common sense is the rooms need to be together.
Our room wasn't very clean either.
Lobby stank, owner had drippings of food on his shirt. Room had multi colored walls, electrical out for coffee pot not working, ac knobs and shower knob missing, shower curtain rail had graffitti written all over it dated 2012

The beds were so comfortable. It appears that the owners are fixing the place up. I would stay here again.

Good value
We were there for a brief stay, as we were attending an event in the area. The hotel has all the basics and good value for the price we paid.
Had to make a quick choice for a 5 night stay. My bed was made but sheets never changed. Yuck. Slime on nightstand. Toilet wouldn't flush right. AC/heat didn't work right. Language barrier with staff. Very disappointing
The office smelled terrible and was a huge mess. The manager came out and barely greeted us. His shirt was cover in stains. I knew this hotel wasn't going to be great but this was awful. The bathroom floor was dirty there were 2 stink bugs and a roach on the back of the curtain which you could see from the outside window. As my daughters and I were going into the room someone on the hotel staff immediately started looking in through the window. We were there for a wedding. We quickly changed clothes and got ready and left. We did not even spend the night it was so gross. Ended up paying $148 to change clothes and then drive the 3 hours back home after the wedding.
The hotel was horrible. I have never stayed anywhere like that before. The carpet, paint, furniture, bedding, drapes, etc. were probably original with no updates or renovations since the hotel was built many years ago (probably 40 or more years ago). Updates are desperately needed. I think more secure locks are needed as well. I put chairs in front of the door so that if someone tried to break in I'd definitely hear them. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this property although in the small town of Cleveland, GA there are few alternative.
violent domestic dispute spilling into parking lot, many other sketchy people scurrying around disposing of "things" when someone called the cops (it wasn't me), cost $$$ for sticky floor, outside door that didn't seal, super dated circa 1972, another couple came took 1 look & left
We walk up to our the door was not painted and made me lose my get away feeling the room pilliows was dirty and the beds was unclean I had to go to Walmart and get me clean shirts and they gave me another room the next day with the doorlock not working and the toilet run all night long they had the nerve to call to our room and ask us to cut it off and on for the customers under room can be happy not us Do not stay
I arrived very tired at about 6 p. m. on a Friday. I needed to be at a meeting early on Saturday--my purpose for the trip. I got quiet, needed rest in a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The motel room was comfortable and restful.

Basic hotel
We had a two night stay at this basic hotel. The outdoor pool was covered. The TV remote was missing. The toilet seat was broken.

he hotel does not deserve any stars at all.You should be embarrassed to add your name to this type of hotel

Convenient but needs TLC
Bathtub had a faucet leak and slow drain, and the tub was half full when I entered the room because the stopper didn't like to stay up. Everything else about the room was perfectly fine, though. Hotel staff was helpful, but not exactly warm.
Looks nothing like photosphotos, front desk/lobby area smelled bad, paint coming off walls, one end of dresser was being held up by a 2 by 4, mold growing in bathroom, air conditioner caught fire. Staff was unbelievably rude, beds were broke. Old air conditioner unit stacked up beside the buildings.More could be said about this location. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! IF EVER REOPENED I WOULD SUGGEST NEW EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't give it even one star but it's required.
I have photos I'm sending to the corporate office of a bed that sags in the middle, bugs, mold, the a/c was so loud you couldn't sleep. Room 119. They claimed they couldn't move us, that it was the only one left.
This room was for my daughter. She was given the wrong room at first and someone was already in it. The room spelled bad and I would not recommend this place. It is way too overpriced
Our room was freshly painted, new carpet, new comfortable beds and bedding. .Appeared to be new flat screen TV mounted on the wall. .Manager Mr. Patel, was extremely nice and couldn't have been more helpful. I was a little worried about the negative ratings, but we were very happy!!!!

Disappointed
Even though the room was a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigeratte smoke. So we decided to get fresh air out by the swimming pool. The pool had areas that were covered in a weird film. You had to be careful hanging on to the side of the pool because chunks of the cement would crumble into your hand. Also, we were reprimanded for having a friend come to swim with us that lived in the area and was visiting us for the evening. Needless to say, we checked out two days early and will not be back.
First all i am being billed twice? My card which was only supposed to hold the room. I paid cash when i got there and they ran my card yesterday? So i will have to investigate this because the guy at counter said my card would not be ran. The heat did not work inside the room the bathroom was dirty. The door would hardly shut.

The room had been recently "renovated" but the electrical outlets were all old and did not work well. The lamp in the room flickered a lot when touched, etc. The hair dryer had black tape around the plug. Overall the room was ok but nothing to write home about.
