My stay was great, I would definitelystay here again. The hotel is in a great location. The Front desk staff had excellent customer service and were very friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and professional.

Booking through a third party was not the best experience. We were charged at total of 3x by the property plus incidental. The property needs to have better coordination with Expedia for guest. This takes away from travelers emergency funds. Other than that they property was nice & convenient to restaurants.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. Room was nice and large with well thought out storage. It was HOT in the room when we arrived and took a while to cool down as the AC was left completely off. Bit of a bummer. Breakfast was ok. Wouldn’t really call it a “buffet” as it was just a few hot options of gross premixed gravy, biscuits, cold grits, sausage was good, those weird rehydrated eggs. Wasn’t able to make a waffle since they only had one waffle maker and way too many guest. Anyways, we still liked it there. Cleanliness and staff trumped the “meh” breakfast.

The property is very nice and seems well kept. The staff was amazing. Overall would have been 5 stars except our room was so dirty. There were pubic hairs in the shower. A hair on the counter. Hairs in the sink. Toothpaste on the toilet handle. The side table had a mountain of dirt and grime around the buckles on it. The chair was dirty when wiped down. There looked like blood on the floor and the side of mattress but I guess it could have been throw up. Not sure. Just filthy.
