The bed was safe, clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the airport shuttle. The main areas of the hotel smelled. All of their gym equipment was broken and the outside was poorly maintained. I did not realize if I'm booking it was a hotel that opened to the outside so as a solo women traveler that did make me nervous. It is not the worst place I ever stayed but I wish I knew some of these factors going in.

Conveniently located close to the airport, Staff help with transportation to and from the airport or train terminal. A typical American motel that has been renovated and well maintained, except for the outside and corridors. The shower in my room deserved a renovation though.

the manager was helpful and quick! The morning shift staff was decent and accommodating. The night shift worker was rude, lazy and inconsiderate!! I asked the cleaning ladies to clean my room while I was gone and they didn’t!!!! My room was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to get tissue, wash rags and towles. The dispensers were broken in the shower , there were ants all in the bathroom! I stayed there before and never had any problems and this time was horrible….

The cost of the room was approximately $110 for one night . The room that I had booked was not cleaned regarding the sink and the bathtub area. Oh It was not cleaned by the cleaning staff. The beds was made up in very good condition, but the bottom leg of one of the double bed was not sturdy to the point it could’ve broke the bed frame. The hotel staff is not taking good details of the bedroom furniture if something needs to be replaced. Also, the pop machine was not plugged up on the second floor. It was unplugged which this is not a good amenity if you’re trying to provide services for snacks and pop for people traveling from places to stay at your hotel Also the hallway going to the second floor had a terrible odor and it didn’t smell fresh. Staff was very friendly and nice. But I would not stay at this hotel ever again due to the cleanliness of the room.

The airport shuttle is was great. The staff at the front desk was good. The floor in room 111 was dirty. It didn’t pass the white sock test. I will have to soak my socks I wore to Lee my feet clean because the socks were dirty. The sink faucet fixture was hard to use. There was no hair dryer.

Needed a place to lay my head during a 2 day exhibition at it I-X center.. location was very convenient, room was more than adequate for my simple needs.. not far from Many places to eat. price was great and I’ll most likely return for another show at the I-X in march.
