Johnnah was helpful an wonderful the hallway an elevator could use some sweeping an vacuuming the room was clean the bed frame was broken felt safe the breakfast was a no to basic just grits eggs walffles no bacon parking was great everyone seemed ro enjoy pool close to highway would stay here again

Nice option for the price. Close to Hwy to get to downtown Cleveland. Few restaurants within walking distance if necessary. Could use a few upgrades but generally just fine.

Property was run down and not maintained adequately. Rooms need updating and remodeled. Very nice facility, but lacking maintenence. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would like to see breakfast bar included with room like most hotels. Outside grounds needs maintained also.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, the location was quiet and felt very safe, and the breakfasts were delicious every morning. Honestly, I didn’t want to check out because I enjoyed staying here so much. My experience exceeded all expectations, and I would happily stay here again.

There were long black marks on the floor of the lobby, the elevator was old and rickety and smelled of pot, we looked through the window at the pool and the hot tub had tape all over it as it was out of service and our room wasn't entered one time to be cleaned in the 4 nights we were there. Our key kept not working so we would have to go all the way back to the lobby each day that we returned to get it reactivated. However - the staff at the front desk were either friendly and helpful or awesome and friendly and helpful. Apologized for the hotel 'being old' and gave us fresh towels when we asked for them. We will never stay there again but the location was ideal.

The rooms were clean, but we had a leak our second night and had to move rooms. Some of the common areas were dirty: elevators, hallways, stairwells. The hot tub was out of order. Staff was very friendly.

The property was very worn and dated. The walls were cracked and peeling. The rooms and beds were very dusty. There was blood on my sheets. The beds were made but looked rushed. The toilets had to be flushed multiple times and clogged easily. Check in took very long and they had new policies that aren’t stated on the website. The second day of my stay that morning I was awakened to the fire alarm going off. That night the power was out for hours. There’s so much more to say however I will never return here again.

This place was dirty and out of date. I went back and forth to the front desk three times because the one room had a dirty floor, the second tool had a dirty floor and hair in the toilet and sink! The front desk person was very nice and. Accommodating the third time she said let me go check so you go T had to walk back. The elevator floor was dirty. This property was once the Double tree and very nice nothing like that now! This should be a motel 6. The need to do renovations.

The staff was nice. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non smoking property. The smell was in the carpet and drapes. The swimming pool was out of service. The entire property was decapitated. It was grossly dirty. Never again will I stay there.
