"The “King Parlour” room on the 3rd floor and the communal lounge on the 2nd floor were exceptionally clean and spacious. The walls are surprisingly thin: we heard the phone conversations and blaring TV (all night!) from the adjacent room. Perhaps a strategically placed armoire could muffle the sound? Being located in the city center comes with the Pros of a walkable location and the Cons of drug users nearby. Overall a positive stay and we’d consider staying here again. "

I notified the front desk about the loud fan motor on heating/ac unit/sounds like a bearing going out; and low battery light on thermostat. Staff was excellent, good customer service skills. I was attending a conference at the Convention Center and I could easily walk back and forth to my room during the daytime conference. "

"The property was nice enough. A little older but still in good condition. We had an issue with the tv when we arrived but they sent someone over right away (probably a 10-15 min wait from when I notified). The tv was dying so they put in a brand new one and the maintenance guy was very friendly while he installed it. We felt pretty safe coming back to the room around 10pm or so also. Overall a good place to stay while visiting family."
