"We were very impressed with the whole stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was delicious and the room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge."
"Lovely hotel. Room spotless and with interesting decor, insulated from external and internal noise, shower room well appointed. Excellent breakfast. Check in/out a breeze. Fully recommend."
"Nice comfy room with fridge, I was very kindly moved at my request to a room with a bath tub (thank you!). Bed comfy too.
Breakfast was plentiful, had lots of choice to suit all palates. The only thing I would say is that cold counter could be better placed against one of the walls as it blocks access to the bakery, toasters and juice station, and everyone is scuttling around it! Otherwise couldn’t fault the breakfast.
Hotel is perfectly placed to access everything Bristol centre, bar street and the harbour has to offer. We’ve stayed numerous times and will return for sure.
Tip: Parking at the multi-storey of the hotel is £17 a night if a resident at the hotel. "
"Room was spotless, nothing was to much trouble for the staff, breakfasts were very good with traditional and vegan options available, staff were kind and attentive. Excellent restaurant called Racks next door.
"
"Lovely staff at hotel and bar and restaurant . We loved the food and the stay. The staff could not do enough for you! So lovely and polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "
