"The staff were especially kind and very helpful for anything we needed! We stayed in the camper on top of their roof. It was a fun and easily accessible place and we would recommend it to everyone! The breakfast was very good and freshly made!"

Good stay

"Quick check in polite staff thought £12 per night parking was a little steep but was worth paying for private parking in a city room clean tidy good choice of beverages and fruit hot chocolate and coffee including a ground and cafetière bed comfy and clean there was a good hearty full English breakfast included with also continental meats and cheeses and fruit overall an excellent experience thank you "

"This was a great location for us. It is only a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Bristol. We booked the family room. It offered plenty of space for my daughter and me. Around the corner is a GREAT sandwich shop called Sandwich Sandwiches. They close around 3pm so don't miss out on one of their freshly made masterpieces! 10 minutes away are lots of restaurant options for quick grab-and-go options. The hotel staff were awesome! I had a really long day of walking up and down hills and really needed an ice bath. The lady working the desk hooked me up and gave me a big bag of ice....very cool!"

Fun hotel

"Fantastic breakfast, eclectic decor, and friendly staff. The walls are a bit thin due to the old building so you could hear guests talking next door sometimes but great that they had a lift and AC in the room. Centrally located and really pleased with this hotel!"
