"I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We arrived to find our room was not ready at the promised time, which was already an inconvenience. Once we were finally able to check in, the condition of the room was unacceptable: the air conditioning was non-functional, the sliding door lock was misaligned and did not secure properly, and the bathroom was poorly cleaned with visible mold. To add to the frustration, the level of service was lacking; when we checked in, the front desk was actively handing out cookies to other guests but neglected to offer us the same, which felt dismissive after the delay we had already experienced. I expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance from a DoubleTree."

"Pool had no attendant, no option for the drinks, perhaps some food, drinks should be available. Rooms are Ok, but wanted to have it a little more updated. "

"This is a beautiful hotel well located in downtown Napa! Unfortunately, the water pressure in our junior suite was extremely poor and no hot water."

"I really wanted to love my stay here but I was disappointed. First I arrived from a long drive to the computer system being down. So the line was backed up to check in. They did give me a $50 voucher so that was nice. I paid for a king room at the Reserve which ended up being in the building across the street from the main entrance. Check-in gave me a map telling me the specific numbered points to go to get to my room. But when I drove back there to park and walked to that specific location, the numbered points on the site map were different than the ones on the paper map she gave me. So it was very confusing. I had to get help from an elevator service guy. The rooms are in a U-Shape and mine was on the polar opposite end of the building that happened to be right next to an outdoor speaker to the rooftop terrace that I had the pleasure of hearing all night until it turned off at 11 PM. Fun for entertaining guests outside, but not for those trying to sleep. I tried making reservations to the spa and Ember steakhouse. Entirely booked. So make sure to reserve in advance. I was forced to order room service which cost me $150 for steak, potatoes and water. And to top it off, the bathroom sink was fully clogged. For $500 a night, do better Meritage. "

"Every thing was perfect. Our room was clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. The only thing missing was Sausage or bacon for breakfast. "

"One night stay that was fine. However, the price was not "fine" for the stay. The beds were uncomfortable as I could feel some springs. This is unacceptable for a Marriott and for the price. Shower was very good. Coffee machine was not working. Overall a mediocre Napa Stay. "
