"I had a great stay at this motel and would definitely stay here again. The mountain view was absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even more relaxing. The room itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. What really stood out was the front desk staff, who were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and scenic stay."
"The staff were very kind and helpful! Unfortunately our room wasn't as clean as I would have liked (we found some dirty dishes and the cupboards under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom didn't seem clean) but nothing that interfered with our ability for a comfortable stay. "
"Room was clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for most of our stay. No place to eat breakfast in the whole town before New Year's Day!"
"Every thing as expected, and beds were actually quite comfortable. The only challenge is road noise being so close tot he street but nothing the hotel can do about that. "
"We booked the room based off the pictures from Expedia. It looked older but nice. We were absolutely wrong though. The shower stopped working and the tub facet wanted to fall off the wall. The toilet seat was an adventure you weren’t sure you would survive unscathed. There was a shelf that wasn’t holding itself let alone anything else. There was no where to sit other than the beds, but they are on rollers so if you attempt to sit up leaning against the wall it rolls away on you. Maybe it was only room 10 that is this way? When we left at about 6:00 am all of the exterior lights were off for us to load up. I mean it was dark and being unfamiliar with the layout we weren’t sure where the steps were. Oh, almost forgot a mysterious hole in the wall with a painted cardboard cover that fell off is there for whatever small creature lives in it to come out at night… Seriously worst hotel we stayed in all of Canada. Places with way less infrastructure than Cache Creek have much better accommodations. We would happily accept a refund for this truly awful room experience. We do have videos and pictures if needed.
