Breakfast was outstanding!!!!! Great choice for everyone...even the cookies on the desk by the were incredible. The only downside I would of said, was having a room on the main at side. Traffic at time was very loud. But the room gave incredible views of the church and Tennessee River, and was a 5 min walk to the convention center ."

"The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were very helpful and polite, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Eric was a superb valet and I didn’t have to lift a finger to load or unload my car which was great since I was traveling with my daughter and didn’t have my husband with me to help. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t go to the restaurant so I can’t give an opinion there. I will say the bathroom shower needed some extra scrubbing. I noticed mildew buildup in the corners and on the grout, but I didn’t want to change rooms especially since we asked for an early check-in so that wasn’t worth mentioning to the front desk. I didn’t notice it until the evening after we settled in. I would definitely stay here again, and I was spoiled staying at such a nice hotel!"
