"Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle."

The view is breathtaking and there’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy it from, my son particularly liked the swings, slide and football area we were allowed to make use of! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom is huge, we didn’t use the kitchen much as we were only there for 1 night but it’s very well kitted out with everything you could possibly need! The guest in the neighbouring room was being rather noisy and I knew that it would disturb my sleep, so I approached reception and they were kind enough to offer an alternative, quiet room in which I slept well... :-) I was also very impressed with the breakfast. I chose the cooked option and it set me up for the day... I would highly recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again if I'm visiting Newry."
