"The beds were lovely & comfortable. The room including bathroom were very clean. The staff were very helpful, especially as our tv didnt work properly. They couldnt fix it & apologised then gave us complimentary drinks including a bottle of wine at dinner. The kettle was also broken but they were able to replace it. The food was excellent. We didnt go to the spa as we had young children with us. Would definitely go back."

"I phoned to book a room and found the girl who answered the phone rude and unpleasant but sure isn't there always one person who thinks they are above everyone else. So I decided just to book online and in doing so actually to my surprise got a way better deal. When my friend and I got to the hotel staff were plesent. Its a lovely place to stay Unfortunately I didn't get the rude girls name."

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious, with some tasty variations on traditional Irish breads with soups. Breakfast was ordered from a menu rather than buffet style. We had a memorable experience and loved every minute!"
