"Breakfast was excellent. Rooms well appointed. Restaurants were amazing. Sound insulation between rooms was very poor. Could hear voices from rooms either side."

"Best thing about this place is the bed and reception staff. Bed was incredibly huge and comfortable. Reception staff were great, helpful and understanding. Sadly that's it. The pool area, changing rooms and surrounding areas very unhighenic. Lots was also out of order, the steam room and jacuzzi for example. Broken hairdryers and lockers in the changing rooms. Drinks and dinner was expensive but service was pretty bad. I struggled to get served at the bar while the staff were busy arguing with eachother. Thankfully the reception manager took the outstanding bill off for us when we left as we were so disappointed with our stay."
