"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy.
The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. Unfortunately, because the hotel was completely sold out for the weekend, changing rooms was not an option, so we had no choice but to deal with it.
The staff was polite and did what they could, but for the price paid and overall expectations, the maintenance and room conditions definitely need improvement."
