"Ok for the price. We booked through a dot com then the front desk guy said that there was a $5 cleaning fee. But the bathroom floor was not clean. Smoke detector was disconnected and lying on a shelf across the room. ( OSHA) violation."

"Absolutely terrible. Room was not vacuumed and sound on TV was not possible even when they finally tried to get it to work. Pipe under sink leaked and had to put a pail under it. Big cockroach climbed the wall and could not kill it. Shower head unmovable and caused flooding on the floor. While mopping found another cockroach under shower curtain. Total disaster"

"The only good thing about this property was that it was pet-friendly. However, even though we were in a smoke-free room, it smelled strongly of smoke, we still smelled smoke at home.The first thing the desk clerk was not so eager to help is a happy birthday get another room or have someone come to clean anything on our room as well as denying a change of rooms. The shower was moldy and dirty. The faucet was so gross we decided we were not getting a shower there. The toilet was filthy with urine stains. In addition, it wouldn't flush properly. We had to hold the handle down for anything to go down. The floor was so dirty that neither of us felt comfortable walking barefoot. Looking at the refrigerator, it appeared someone had been using it as their primary cooler, as it was quite dirty on both the bottom and the door. I apologize for being so direct, but we thought you might like to be aware of this. "

"The bathroom ceiling was loose due to a leak. There were holes made to let water drain out obviously along with a circle of black mold indicating how long this problem has been around. The toliet was dirty inside and the refrigerator was so dirty inside. Where the water drains looked like dirty mop water. My daughter and her family had to go to 4 rooms before they got a room clean enough to stay. Thankfully the newly hired 2nd shift manager was nice and worked to find a clean room. We made a note not to stay there again on our biannual trip to Florida."
