Good hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. The surrounding area is decent and quiet. While it is about a 30 minute walk to the center, there are bus stops nearby. But if you dont mind the walk, then would definitely recommend staying here

Good for the price; don't expect Marriott quality
Good: -Big room Decent location a little over a kilometer from -town center -friendly staff - good coffee Not so good: -many guests not wearing masks even in breakfast area sneezing and coughing at times -limited breakfast items -soundproofing poor; could hear street noises and guests rolling around above us in bed pretty clearly

Cozy little boutique style hotel with nicely appointed, spacious room. Matress was not very comfortable and the bedframe was squeaking at every turn. Very professional and amiable staff and very good breakfast! Quiet neighborhood and free parking available. Warmly recommend this property!

Pretty average. The staircase is dangerous though. Girls working the front desk were super nice. Nice selection of tea in the kitchen. Well stocked and all the necessary cooking devices were there. Breakfast wasn’t worth getting up early for.

Good value but quite a hike from city center.
Unusual hotel within an apartment structure. Because we drove the free parking was a factor and though we realized it was at least a mile to the town center we didn’t know it was up quite a hill making getting back and forth to the cities attractions rather arduous on foot. It was also quite inexpensive so I feel we got a good value for what we paid for.

Fun and quircky hotel
Hotel has a nice modern vibe. Room was clean and bed very confortable. Had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Room was basic but generally clean. Had to ask for more towels. The staff were very helpful. The only problem was the smell of cigarette smoke in our room which they didn't manage to sort.

The hotel was nice , but they have a problem with the heat, with a temperature outside below -15 C the room was freezing because they didn't turn on the heat in the whole hotel !

hotel staffs are friendly and room was clean and fancy so I forgot to say that they offered w-bed in stead of 2-single mistakenly ;-> I loveed breakfast buffet+cooked on demand style in their attractive dining room!

very nice
We came from The UK and stayed three nights for my 30th birthday, overall really nice hotel, room has everything you need, great base for exploring Cluj Napoca (10 minute walk to main area) it is very difficult to find without iPhone/google maps. Staff young and very fun, lovely little breakfast pastries delivered to your door. We would definitely stay again:-) thank you for a lovely visit:-)

Very nice and clean hotel. Checkin was very quick and professional. Miss Rene was very polite. Room was big and comfortable bed. Breakfast has lots of fresh local food as well as international.There is closed parking. Highly recommend

Ab 1 Uhr Nacht bis 4 Uhr morgens wird Heizung jeden Tag abgestellt dann ist in Zimmer sehr kalt! In die Küche ist sehr eng ! Hotel Biscuit ist in Erdgeschoss und erster Stockwerk von einem Blockhaus! Kein richtiges Hotel! Sonst Personal war sehr freundlich!

Mycket bra, mycket prisvärt, fint och rent. Titta på upphängda föremål och inramade affischer på väggen. Roligt också med låneböcker - fanns även på svenska ☺️

Mooi hotel en vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij hadden alleen veel bagage omdat we op doorreis waren en door afwezigheid van een lift was het zwaar sjouwen de trappen op. Gelukkig voor 2e verblijf op terugreis kunnen omboeken naar begane grond en dat was een goede service van het hotel. Het ontbijt was boven verwachting ook al hadden we hier al goede berichten over gelezen.

El hotel está a 20 minutos andando del centro histórico de Cluj-Napoca en una zona donde se puede aparcar, muy conveniente si vienes en coche. El hotel está muy limpio y muy nuevo. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño también. El desayuno muy bueno

Nettes kleines Hotel mit witziger Deko. Unser Zimmer war für 3 Personen (Eltern und Kind) etwas zu klein. Sauberkeit und das Personal war top!

Really nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and a really good breakfast. The hotel is located 20 minutes Wall from the City center. A taxi will take you there in 5 minutes, for 1-2€.

Empfang ok aber auch nicht mehr. Houskeeping: soso. Bett wurde alle zwei Tag neu Bezogen. Die Bezüge müssten mal ersetzt werden denn da waren Löcher und Flecken drauf. Das Bad wurde während dem ganzen Aufenthalt nie richtig durch gefegt. Nur WC Papier nachgefüllt und den Müll weggebracht. Frühstück hatten wir zusätzlich gebucht da sonst nicht im Preis inklusiv. Ab 9.00Uhr war nichts mehr am Buffet und das Angebot doch sehr spärlich. Eiergerichte auf Anfrage wurde doch sehr gut gemacht. Das Hotel liegt doch etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums. Bus jedoch vor der Tür.

Heel aangenaam hotel. Gezellig ingericht. Wij verbleven in een girafkamer. Een muur was bekleed met behangpapier met girafprint en onze sleutel had een girafsleutelhanger. Best schattig. We hebben een bezoek gebracht aan de zoutmijn van Turda. Dit was een geweldige tip van de receptioniste. De receptioniste heeft voor ons ook een prijs onderhandeld met de taxichauffeur voor vervoer naar de zoutmijn en terug met wachttijd van twee uur ter plekke. Slechts 250 Lei! Ook de ontbijtruimte van het hotel is heel gezellig ingericht en het ontbijt is heel lekker. Je eitje wordt bereid zoals je het graag wenst. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader. Het hotel is weliswaar niet in het centrum gelegen, maar met de taxi ben je er zo en taxi's zijn goedkoop en steeds beschikbaar. Als je aan de receptie vraagt om een taxi voor je te bellen, is die er drie minuutjes later al. Als je graag naar een shoppingcenter gaat, is Polus Center een aanrader (ook dat was een tip van de receptioniste).

На ресепшне потеряли нашу бронь. Но слава богу были свободные места. Завтрак происходит так. В маленькую комнатенку набирается 15 человек. Каждый подходит к прилавку и пытается объяснить, что он хочет из еды и питья. После долгих жестикуляций и словообразований повар понимает, что вам надо и готовит. Все эти 20 минут, пока идет приготовление пищи, вы скучаете за столиком. Короче, долго и не продуманно. Зато номера большие и удобные. Душевая кабина большая. Вай-фай шпарит нормально. Но стены тонкие. Соседей очень хорошо слышно. Парковка непонятная, с другой стороны от входа. А вход сложно найти. На гугл мэпс показывает совсем не то место. Вывеску с дороги не видно. До центра не близко - около 4 км. Не рекомендую этот отель.

points positifs: + trés bonne décoration des chambres ( thèmes originaux) + propreté + acceuil points négatifs: - hotel difficile à trouver (il se situe dans un immeuble, une toute petite pancarte permet de le trouver et avec le GPS on a du mal a le trouver) - accessibilité difficile dans cet hotel ( il faut monter une dizaine d' escalier pour arriver a l'entré et une vingtaine de metre encore a faire) - petit déjeuner : servi dans la chambre ( bonne idée) mais le personnel ne demande pas ce que veux le client du coup on reçoit un jus d'orange et des sandwichs... - garage : possibilité d'utiliser le garage mais le systeme d'ouverture de la porte se fait de la reception et vu que la reception ne peux pas voir si le client est sorti, le client peux se retrouver enfermé - pas de climatisation dans les chambres, juste un ventilateur d'appoint
