Perfect getaway hotel
Great location, next to the botanical gardens and a 2 minute walk to the centre. Mini bar with hot drinks, cookies and fruits were great, especially since you don't have these facilities in most other hotels. I had a cozy loft room that was very peaceful

It's fine, nothing special
I stayed there with my partner over the weekend. The hotel is clean, staff is helpful and room was ok. However the bed was not good; I am used to sleeping in all-natural cotton sheets, and the sheets or the duvet in the hotel were synthetic which made me sweat at night. I only have that problem if I sleep in low quality sheets. Good point: there's free coffee and biscuits in the corridor. There was also a large thermos with hot water but no teabags - what was the water for then? When booking I asked if I can stay in one of three specific rooms, if possible. They didn't even acknowledge my request and put us in another, uglier room - without even explaining whether the rooms I requested were taken or giving any other reason. I wasn't impressed about that.

Rather disappointing
Our twin room was in the basement so it was very stuffy. The air conditioning duct was broken. There was a dead bug in the shower when we arrived. The desk/table surface in the room needed cleaning. It was dirty and sticky. The room had a nasty smell. This place needs better quality control from the management.

Pleasant stay
This was an excelent hotel. I have not complaints. Everything was modern and cozy. It was even better than the pricier hotel on the square downtown. I wold equate it to a kimpton hotel for people who have stayed there.

Not what it says on the website. No restaurant in the building so breakfast not included. 4 parking spaces which are of course taken. Not sure if the pillow cases have been washed.

Comfortable but a nightmare to find with Satnav.
I was only able to find the accommodation eventually by being taken there by a local who kindly let me follow him there. The area was a warren of one way of streets. However the host a young man was charm itself and almost made the stress worthwhile. Accommodation was simple but clean and functional. I went out by car in the evening for dinner with slight trepidation about finding my way back and was not disappointed as after 30 mins of driving around and around the area I called the host who tried to explain directions which eventually got me home.

A good place for heavy sleepers
Stayed two nights at the Pensiunea Siago. Rooms were small but nice and clean. Shower tap was unfortunately broken but the woman at the reception didn't seem to care. Walls are thin and the floor creaks so it felt like the little Oliphant next door was skipping inside our room. Location is excellent, about 2 blocks from one of the main squares.

Very pleased with discovering Siago. My stay was short and I wish I had more time to enjoy the pleasant feeling of home away from home. It has unbeatable location, near hospitals and center, but in a quiet area. Refrigerator and air conditioning, a significant bonus. There was very good coffee, biscuits and fruits, free of charge. It was very pleasant spending some time, outdoors, on a summer evening, on the terrace, and fun playing with the shower, to relax, after a difficult day. Photographs suggest attention to details in every room and, I confirm, this is the case. For me, the best part of the stay was the staff, especially Petra, with a beautiful smile and kind heart. Thank you!

Great, central hotel in Cluj
Great rooms for very good prices, with free parking and wifi which should be a must with most hotels and it isn't. A must try is also the breakfast/food at Marty a few minutes away where you get 10% off. Breakfast onsite looks also great but we wanted something different that morning. Enjoy!

Great holiday in Cluj
I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. The hotel room was like a modern apt & the location was perfect. The staff were very friendly & helpful. You also get a 10% at Martys restaurant(which by the way had the most beautiful waitresses). Anybody going to Cluj-stay at the Siago.

Excellent option in Cluj
This is a great hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, going out of their way to please. And the room and facilities were clean, up-to-date and comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast - okay but not as high quality as the rest of the experience. (The coffee must be hotter and the yogurt colder, not the reverse.)

Bra läge med vissa nackdelar med rummet.
Bästa läget för att bo centralt för ett dessutom bra pris. Frukosten innebar självservering för ett dyrt pris (lokalt sett), men eftersom det var ett litet hotell så är det svårt att begära mer. Rummet var rent och snyggt, det jag vill påpeka är dåligt tryck i duschen och för höga kuddar (för min smak). Bra wi-fi mottagning på rummet. Parkering var en aning bökig. Man får en parkeringslapp i receptionen för att parkera på en restaurang ett stenkast därifrån vid namn Marty. Jag och min sambo fick cirkulera runt ett bra tag innan vi slutligen ställde oss vid ett sjukhus för att gå till receptionen och ta reda på var parkeringen fanns.

空港からタクシーで20分強。長距離バスのGARAまでタクシーで15分弱。ルーマニアはタクシー料金が安いので1000円以下だったと思います。センターまでは徒歩10分くらいで、このホテルの周りのおうちが素敵な雰囲気でした。ホテルのお部屋は素敵なインテリアでした。スタッフのカンジもよく、早朝のタクシー手配などスムーズでした♪

il nostro soggiorno a Cluj è stato eccellente anche grazie a questo splendido Hotel! Posizionato in zona abbastanza centrale e comunque raggiungibile a piedi, Il Siago vanta uno staff gentile e professionale e le camere sono perfettamente insonorizzate, confortevoli, pulitissime e arredate con gusto. La colazione non l'abbiamo mai fatta anche perchè il buffet free 24 h. al piano era sempre colmo, comodissimo sopratutto per il primo caffè della giornata. Eccellente esperienza , ci ritorneremo!!

Nagyon szép, kényelmes a szálloda. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Egész nap ki van téve a folyosóra kávé, üdítő, gyümölcs, keksz, amiből lehet fogyasztani. A szálloda elhelyezkedése is jó, közel van a központhoz. Ennek csak az a hátránya, hogy napközben az utca egy kicsit hangos az autóforgalom miatt. De éjszaka csend van.

Great location for this comfortable hotel
If you are traveling to Cluj, this hotel would be a good choice. You can walk to the historic center in 10 minutes, the rooms are very clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is plentiful (buffet). My only negative comments would be the parking lot, which is tiny (fits only 4 cars). On our second stay at Siago they would not let me park the car in it because they were supposedly doing some work there. I also found that service was OK, but could be improved. While there was a really nice and helpful lady at the front desk, at other times other employees were a bit lazy. They let me struggle and schlep my luggage by myself, which I thought was a bit rude.

Hôtel impeccable très bien situé
L'hôtel est situé dans une rue calme à deux pas du centre ville, tout prêt du jardin botanique de Cluj. L'hôtel est très propre et bien tenu, avec une collation possible sur le palier à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Réceptionniste très sympathique et serviable. Chambre confortable et propre mais pas très grande. Idéal pour passer quelques jours.

Todella viihtyisä pieni hotelli. Huoneet olivat siistejä, palvelu toimi hyvin englanniksi (englannin kielen osaaminen Romaniassa on todella vaihtelevaa), ja respa oli auki yötä päivää. Meillä oli lento kotiin yöaikaan, joten maksupuoli hoitui jo edellisenä päivänä, ja hotellivirkailija soitti ystävällisesti meille taksin lentokentälle yöllä lähtiessämme. Hotellin aamiaista emme kokeilleet, ostimme mieluummin kaupungilta tuoreita leivonnaisia aamupalaksi. Hotellissa ei myöskään ole ravintolaa, mutta läheisestä ravintolasta saa tämän hotellin asukkaat hieman alennusta (ja ruokaa voi tilata myös huoneeseen kuljetettuna respan kautta). Hotellissa on myös langaton nettiyhteys, josta oli todella paljon hyötyä esim. juna-aikatauluja selvittäessä. Sijainti on todella hyvä; ei aivan ruuhaisimmassa keskustassa, mutta pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Hintakaan ei ollut päätähuimaava, ja Romanian yleisen hintatason huomioonottaen voin (köyhänä opiskelijana) suositella maata/tätä hotellia myös pienemmällä budjetilla matkustaville. Ainoa miinus oli, ettei huoneissa ollut erikseen tallelokeroita, mutta virkailija otti passimme säilöön vastaanottoon. Toisaalta hotelli (kuten myös koko kaupunki Cluj-Napoca yleisesti) oli turvallisen oloinen, joten arvotavaroita uskalsi hyvin pitää huoneessa. Voin todella suositella tätä hotellia.

Goede ligging. Gebrek aan voldoende afgeschermde parkeerplaatsen bij hotel (mogelijkheid om afgeschermd te parkeren bij restaurant van zelfde eigenaar, maar ook daar beperkt! Wel 10% korting in resto...). "Continental" breakfast is eerder "English", dus dat viel tegen...

Das Hotel ist gepflegt und der 24h verfügbare Service gibt sich alle Mühe, den Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Freundlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben! Die Zimmer sind großzügig, im Gang steht immer Tee, Kaffee & Gebäck zur Verfügung. Aufgrund der Lage an einer befahrenen Straße sind eher die Premium-Zimmer im 1. Stock zu empfehlen.
